Zender Group Proposals

Proposals are difficult to create, easy to criticize, and those that fail are too often unceremoniously forgotten. Here are some of mine. I believe peer review improves proposals so I post everything. This transparency (supposedly) leads to iterative, incremental improvements based on wider feedback. Let's learn from the mistakes and do better next time. Only proposals that I wrote as PI are included here, and some of the early and/or small ones are missing.
