I keep two special-purpose biographies/CVs that are
usually quite out of date.
The first is a single-page Biographical Sketch for large
multi-investigator NSF-style proposals (e.g., IGERTS) which allow only
a single page per PI.
The second is a two page CV sometimes appropriate for NASA and other
non-NSF agencies.
